How to use the product

How to put on the Actimove Sports Edition Wrist Support: Wrap it around your wrist and close the hook-and-loop. Then wrap the second, elastic strap around the wrist and close it
Unwrap your support and place the pad onto the sensitive area on the inside of your wrist. With your opposite hand, hold the support in place, wrap it around your wrist and close the hook-and-loop. Then wrap the second, elastic strap around the wrist and close it. Make sure to wrap the wrist support gently to avoid tightness and numbness in the hand.

How to care for your product

Close the hook-and-loop fastener before washing. You can hand or machine wash the wrist support using a gentle wash cycle (at 40°C/105°F) and a mild detergent. Do not bleach, dry-clean, tumble dry, or iron. Lay the product flat when drying and ensure it is completely dry before use. Avoid using laundry additives like fabric softener, brightener, or stain remover.
